Recommendation for Kolo, restaurant

There are several “US” style restaurants that are always fun to visit. Frank, with Kolo, opened right at the end of Covid and had a bit of an uphill battle to get his place up to his standard. He now has a great kitchen and friendly efficient staff. His meals…including one of our favorites, huevos rancheros, are always well prepared and delicious. We love all the restaurants, but Frank’s Kolo is always a no brainer and we highly recommend it.
