These are some of the benefits and reasonable reasons why people want to work with us:
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a powerful antioxidant that plays a crucial role in overall health.
High-dose Vitamin C is crucial to a healthy body and contributes to your immune defense by supporting and directly stimulating various cellular functions of both the innate and adaptive immune systems.
Vitamin C is an essential antioxidant and is responsible for many functions in the body. While not all of our oral supplements are fully absorbed, IV delivery of Vitamin C ensures that 100% of the vitamin is bioavailable. In addition, when given high doses, Vitamin C converts from an antioxidant to an oxidative therapy.
Failing to get enough vitamin C can result in deficiencies that may result in poor wound healing, easy bruising, bleeding of the gums, and anemia. In addition, since vitamin C aids in iron absorption, a severe deficiency may cause scurvy, a disease categorized by extreme weakness, bruising, bleeding, and lethargy.

We first want to thank all of our guests (there were 47) who attended our Thanksgiving to Remember at Los Balcones last week. We received many compliments on both the quality and variety of the dinner offerings and the beautiful setting at Los Balcones. Other than the unfortunate car breakdown, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. To that point, we have been asked by Los Balcones to do a Christmas to Remember Dinner on December 25th. We’ve already started our Christmas Reservation List. Let us know if you would like to attend. (Thanksgiving was almost at capacity.)

Thank you GringoPost readers for voting Joes’ chicken the best in Cuenca 2022 for the 8th straight year. We are happy to be serving it again this weekend … Saturday, Dine-in Restaurant and Sunday for pickup or delivery to your favorite place.
Crisp, crunchy, craggily and subtly spicy golden chicken served with creamy cole slaw, buttery garlic mashed potatoes, milk gravy, light country biscuits ending with a ‘warm, chocolate puddin’ cake” makes for real good eating. Mixed with the comfort and friendly atmosphere of our home … It’s a real treat.

We’re just a couple days away from our second Improv Storytelling Open Mic at idiomART!
Our first one was so incredible and we’re really looking to continuing the magic of storytelling in a safe environment where both storytellers and story listeners are equally important to the creation of the magic of the moment!
This is much like a music open mic where we will have a list where you can write your name and we will call you up to tell a story in order. You are free to tell any kind of story, including one that isn’t about you personally.
Join artist, Nancy Galloway for this 1-day, hands-on workshop where you will learn the Japanese style of mending called “boro” or “sashiko”. The technique combines layers of fabric and running stitch, combining bits of old cloth to patch and mend textiles. These fabrics were made by repurposing carefully saved garment pieces and other handspun and indigo-dyed fabrics to extend their use.
What’s the difference between champagne, Prosecco, sparkling wine, and other bubbles?
In this exclusive tasting workshop, you will learn the nuances between the different bubbles available. You will also learn about gourmet dark chocolate and its various benefits. The workshop is an Italian Prosecco and gourmet Ecuadorian dark chocolate tasting!
This is a decadent evening that will have you swooning with pleasure.
Tienda Nectar’s Ginger and Holiday Fest-save the date!
Bring your friends, have lunch and enjoy some holiday shopping. We will be showing Gluten free Art Gingerbread houses, cookies/ornaments, ginger beer, handmade ginger soap, pickled ginger, chocolate ginger bark, special dog treats and more, There will be free tastings and a drawing for a holiday gift basket.
