The Faculty of Hospitality Sciences educates for Tourism, Gastronomy and Hotel Management. It is located on Tarqui and Pio Bravo and accessible by bus (use Moovit app).
Embedded in their English coursework are four one-hour modules (one per month) for practicing English. Native English speakers facilitate conversations with small groups of students at intermediate levels. It is important that volunteers do NOT have pronounced accents. This creates a barrier to student participation, as you can hopefully appreciate.
2 Volunteers are needed for Thursdays October 27, November 24, December 22, and January 19, from 3 to 44 PM.
2 Volunteers for Thursdays October 27, November 24, December 22, and January 19, from 10 to 11 AM.
1 Volunteer for Fridays October 28, November 25, December 16, and January 20, from 11 AM to noon.
