Spanish lessons: Stop self-sabotaging and skyrocket your Spanish

Stop self-sabotaging today

I know it might sound dramatic but you are the only person stopping you from achieving fluency.

I will share 2 simple things with you that you can start implementing today, to take your conversational Spanish to the next level:

1. Change your belief system.

I’m talking about the beliefs that you hold about yourself and your ability to learn languages or new things in general.

This also includes your beliefs about failure and success, as well as vulnerability.

Do you believe that making mistakes is a necessary step to success?

Or do you believe that it’s something to be ashamed of?

In order to become fluent in Spanish, you need to believe that you can be fluent one day.

You need to believe that mistakes are okay and they are part of the learning process.

I believe you can become fluent in Spanish. Do you?

This is key!

If you feel deep inside that learning to speak the language is something you’re just not cut out for, then your confidence and motivation will be affected… and therefore, so will all of your efforts.

2. Create consistent learning habits

It’s important to have a clear end goal in mind. However, many people focus too much on the end result and they constantly remind themselves that they’re not there yet.

This creates a toxic mindset which is almost impossible to succeed with.

The truth is that fluency is a process, not a destination.

Learning a language is a journey that requires consistent daily input.

You will start thinking in Spanish in small progressive increments.

This can be tough for many as we want to see immediate results, all the time… but we all experience altibajos (ups and downs) in the learning process.

The important thing is to stay consistent.

And the best way to achieve this, is to treat Spanish as a daily habit or even a requirement, similar to eating or brushing your teeth.

But having fun with it along the way!

The more you enjoy the process, the quicker you will reach your goals.

Here are a few tips for incorporating Spanish practice into your daily life, without having to set aside extra time.

Do activities that you enjoy doing… but in Spanish!

When cooking a meal, follow a Spanish recipe.

When doing a yoga workout, watch a Spanish yoga video.

When listening to music to relax, play some Spanish tunes.

Decide that Spanish is a required part of your daily life and you will see results more quickly, as your efforts begin to accumulate over time.

Now all of this may sound great but actually overcoming the limiting beliefs you may have stored in your subconscious mind and holding yourself accountable to incorporating more Spanish into your daily life can be very overwhelming to do all by yourself.

But the good thing is, you don’t have to.

This is what a Spanish coach is for!

Hi, my name is Nadine and I’m a Spanish coach.

I work together with a team of native speakers to help you learn to think in Spanish, so you can have everyday conversations with ease.

We do this through our 12-Week Fluency Bootcamp program, where you’ll not only have 24/7 support from your very own Spanish coach but you’ll also receive weekly lessons and conversation practice sessions with our native speakers (via Zoom).

Being bilingual myself and having learned Spanish as an adult, in addition to my 11 years of experience teaching both English & Spanish, I understand where you’re coming from.

I know the struggles you’re going through as you learn the language.

I understand how you think and how you are used to putting sentences together, as an English speaker.

This gives me a unique perspective which allows me to explain things in a way that makes sense to you.

Yet at the same time, you get to practice with native speakers to enhance things like pronunciation, accent and vocabulary specific to your dialect of interest.

This is a very results-oriented program, meaning that your progress is of upmost importance to us.

That’s why we don’t work hourly.

Our goal is not to string you along aimlessly, to see how many hours we can get you to stay with us.

Our goal is to get you from A to B in 12 weeks.

And set you up for success, so that you can continue learning and improving on your own, even after the 12 weeks are over.

Don’t believe me? Have a look at what our students have to say!:

We recently helped Whitney go from struggling to find her words, to participating in business meetings that are 100% in Spanish!

We helped Janell go from translating every word to being able to listen to Spanish and understand what’s being said instantly – no translation needed!

We can help you too.

We limit the amount of people we accept in our program, in order to ensure we’re able to help everyone the best way possible.

But don’t worry, we still have 4 spots left to join our program (beginner and intermediate levels).

We are accepting applications until the 7th of October, or until we run out of space.

Spots do tend to fill up quickly so book your free consultation today!:

**We have a few options available according to level, time commitment and preference with 1 on1 or small groups – prices vary accordingly.
