A message from local restaurant owners serving BBQ

It has been brought to the attention of some restaurant owners and chefs who serve ribs in our restaurants that we have sold our smokers and now boil our ribs.

Please be advised that this is misleading. As professionally trained chefs, we know how to prepare, cook and serve ribs in an authentic BBQ style. Some of us have even trained extensively starting at young ages, traveling abroad to learn these techniques.

We understand that new restaurants have a right to open here in Cuenca. But we do not appreciate those restaurants posting false information about other restaurants and our operating procedures.
