Yogurt in a pressure cooker is something I was originally pretty skeptical of liking. But boy was I wrong, and happily so. There is a creaminess and fresh flavor without being too tangy that is just perfect. I can eat it absolutely plain, something I can’t stomach at all with store bought brands. And, when I found several sites suggesting the addition of sweetened condensed milk, I knew I had to try it.

To me, it tastes like the best vanilla yogurt I’ve ever had and knowing that I made it myself, is just the icing on the cake.
