Hello, my name is Samantha, and I’m raising funds to help out my friend, Jill, (Jay Dee on fB). We have been very close friends since high school. She is currently living abroad and running a dog rescue. Jill is well known in Cuenca, Ecuador for this dog rescue that she runs and for the animals she’s helped. In the last 5 years, she has helped save and re-home many street dogs and cats. Now, she needs help for herself. Not only is she caring for the current rescues, but she is caring for her toddler named Noah, who was born 16 mos ago at 37 weeks via emergency c-section and is pregnant with another boy who is due to be born any day now.
She had given birth to Noah in a free clinic, where she was not given proper care. Noah was born through an emergency c-section at the free hospital and the procedure did not go well and there were many complications due to the sub-par level of care she received. She and her son’s health were out at stake as a result. Jill is attempting to give birth to her second son vaginally (VBAC), but there is the possibility that she may need another emergency c-section. She needs to give birth in a private clinic to ensure everything goes smoothly, and that she and her baby are given the proper care that they need. We are trying to raise the funds for her to be able to deliver at a private clinic that is more professional and will provide much better care.
The cost of her birth will be about $2,000. Unfortunately, Jill has not come close to save up the amount needed for a private hospital in Ecuador. I am creating this campaign in hopes that she can get the funds needed in time. Any help whatsoever is greatly appreciated. Liam, Jill, and Noah say thank you in advance.
