Good day to you all! This week we are offering our tasty products at a number of places in town. Start your day right on Tuesday at the market at Dos Sucres. Not only will you be able to try some delicious cheese, pick up some Greek yogurt, fresh milk and cream, butter and cottage cheese…come check out the amazing produce and fresh bread as well.

This week we are offering our traditional Cheddar. All of the products we make are made exclusively with milk from our grass-fed cows. Our herd is primarily composed of Montebilliard and Jersey crosses, breeds known for their high fat and protein. A tasty alternative in a land of Holsteins.
This week we are also offering whey-fed fresh pork. Raised and butchered here on the farm. Email for prices and cuts.
If you can’t make it to the market, have your order dropped off at the Smokehouse/Cuenca Shop, Tienda Nectar or opt for home delivery in Cuenca for $2.
