I’m a chicken connoisseur and Alex’s birds are, hands down, the best flavor I’ve found. But more importantly Alex is part of a new generation farmers that really care about the bird’s health. Good feed and a lot of time outdoors makes for a healthy animal. That formula creates nutritious food with excellent flavor.
His lamb is excellent as well, and if you like beef give his a try, Alex really knows quality meats. Good restaurants are now buying his meats.
