Available for the month of November, with an additional 6-month renewal option for the high season starting December 1st, (either party has the option to decline for no reason). The rent is discounted $100 per month to help manage the property and take care of the friendly outside cat:)

Rent includes very fast fiber optic internet 100/100 (Netlife) and a weekly cleaning,
which is valued at about $120 per month combined.
The Tenant is responsible for Paying HALF of the bills listed below:
Electric $60-70 average per month w/o AC running.
(Includes trash removal, ambulance, and firemen – standard).
Water for cleaning and bathing – averages $10.00 per month.
Gas for Clothing dryer – Changed about once every 3 months, (depends on usage).
$3.50 per tank – delivered.
The Tenant is responsible for Paying ALL of the bills listed below:
Personal drinking water – $1.75 – $2 per 5-gallon jug – delivered as per needed.
Gas for cooking – Changed about once every 3-6 months, (depends on usage)
$3.50 per tank – delivered.
A bi-lingual tenant is preferred but not necessary, because you will need to occasionally speak with repairmen, workers, etc.
A Maximum of 2 full-time people, (no exceptions).
Guests can stay up to two weeks per month – per guest.
(Based on prior experiences – NOT two months)
2 overnight guests maximum at a time
No full-time children under the age of 21 years (no exceptions).
Absolutely no pets.
