Buffalo Steak House is a new restaurant that serves, all different kind of steaks, perfectly prepared and seasoned. I had a rib eye with whiskey sauce that was delicious. The salad and vegetables were fresh perfectly prepared, a rarity in Cuenca. Nicely furnished, and a very friendly staff. I will eat there often.
