It’ll be good to be back at Gran Feria Sabatino’s on Saturday, August 6. Here’s what we’ll be baking to tempt you.

Cinnamon Rolls: $1.50 each
Tender sweet roll dough spiraled with cinnamon sugar and topped with cream cheese frosting

Strawberry Rhubarb Frangipane $3/slice
Almond custard cream baked over a layer of rhubarb compote topped with fresh strawberries then baked to perfection

Lemon curd cupcakes: $3 each
Vanilla cupcakes filled with our tangy homemade lemon curd and iced with lemon buttercream

Blueberry scones: $3 each
Buttery scones loaded with The Blue Biker’s blueberries

Chocolate dipped almond biscotti: $2.50 each
Jazz up your coffee with twice-baked, oblong, crunchy cookies loaded with almonds and dipped in chocolate

Chewy Ginger Cookies: $1 each
Crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside ginger cookies studded with crystallized ginger

Almond Flour Shortbreads (GF): $1 each
Ideal cookies for those who can’t do gluten but want something sweet

Flourless Chocolate Mini-cakes (GF): $2.50 each
The sweet that put us on the map! Dense, rich chocolate cake topped with luxurious chocolate ganache–pure decadence for the chocolate purist

Mini-quiche: $2.50 each
Tender pastry crust filled with an herby egg and cheese mixture and your choice of either ham & asparagus or spinach & mushrooms

The best way to guarantee availability of your favorite treats is to pre-order by 3 PM on Wednesday, August 3. Otherwise, we’ll be set up at Sabatino’s by 10 AM and will be there until 2 PM. See you there!
