Cooking with Rey “Whats Cooking Saturday and Sunday” spring wings

This Saturday and Sunday I will be introducing my co-chef’s masterpiece
“Spring Wings”. The name derives from the color of this beautiful and lively dish. Lemongrass and green onions provide the lovely spring greens and the red chilies provide the red colors of spring. Basted in garlic and natural sugars these spicy delights will warm your tummy during these colds days.
