Volunteer program

Hi everyone, hope you have a good day. From the University of Cuenca, some classmates and I are planning to do a website for volunteer programs, so we need to do some research of our target. If you can, please help us with this questionnaire that will be used, just for academic purposes.

Here is the survey: https://forms.gle/T6eumNjRfbbrXgVJA

Clothing

Good afternoon, I am addressing you with all due respect. I would like to ask a favor. If you could help me with children’s and adult clothes, since I have 3 babies: a 4-year-old, boy, and 2 girls, 8-years old and 12-years old. Whoever could help me, I would really appreciate it.

Happy afternoon,

Adi needs a permanent home

Adi is an 8-month-old German shepherd. She may be a mix, but looks like a shepherd. She was rescued by some nice people who nursed her to good health, but they could not keep her because they had a lot of rescues. I adopted her thinking that I could help, but having 2 dogs is a big challenge for me health wise and financially. Also, I think she needs more space.

She has had all her shots and has been spayed. She is very gentle and loves people and other dogs, but would also be a great guard dog. If interested or have any questions, please WhatsApp me at 09 088 7243 or email at bicoastalartcuenca@gmail.com.

Thank you for your time.

Nutritional yeast

Dear friends, We share some information about nutritional yeast:

This yeast is grown specifically to be used as a food product. It is used in cooking and has a cheesy, nutty or savory flavor.

To produce nutritional yeast, S. cerevisiae cells are grown for several days on a sugar-rich medium like molasses. The yeast is then deactivated with heat, harvested, washed, dried, crumbled and packaged for distribution.

From level 0 Spanish to upper-intermediate/advanced level in 10 months

Struggling with your Spanish? You can make big progress with a language in a short time. I can prove it. I did a Masters in Translation in 2005 and had to take an extra credit. The options were Greek, French law or Norwegian, Greek and the latter from scratch. Greek did not feel right. The French law professor was awful and the Norwegian teacher had great energy. Norwegian with zero knowledge was my choice. In fact, I was told that in 9 to 10 months I would have a good enough level to do a 4,000-word Norwegian to English translation for my thesis.

Full body deep tissue massage – 90 minute session

This massage is an excellent technique for solving muscular problems and is especially suitable for people with contractures, lumbar discomfort, and stress.

The deep tissue massage works on specific areas of accumulated muscle tension in the body. Stress, bad postures, or intensive physical activity can cause contracted muscles and the best way to treat this is a good massage.

Recommendation for Annie Paladines, massage therapist

I just had a most wonderful massage by Annie at my home.
