This week I added Lok Lak beef tenderloin to the menu. Premium tenderloin sliced and sauteed in my special olive oil infused with leeks. I add some of my favorite seasonings and lay it on a bed of crisp lettuce, tomatoes and onion. You can eat like a salad or place the beef in wraps of lettuce with your hands. Tender and spicy just the way you like it.
