Fish amok delicious and creamy

Cambodian fish amok is the national dish of Cambodia, and for very good reason. Deliciously creamy and mild this is one of the best traditional Cambodian foods. I use premium sea bass fillets in a mildly spiced lemongrass sauce cradled in banana leaves.
