In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn both the theory and the practice of the science of breathing. You will be introduced to simple and extremely effective techniques that will support your health and immune system, improve your sleep, enhance your energy levels and boost your mood.

Breath-control is a tool you can bring with you and utilize everywhere you are.
Among other breath control techniques you will learn:

Abdominal breathing
Reverse abdominal
Wave breath
Bellows breath
Cleansing breath
Alternate nostril breath
Circular breath

Included with the workshop you will receive printed material with information, instructions and explanation of the Science of Breathing in the Chinese Qigong Tradition.
