QiGong classes – now outside! – for health, spirit and longevity

We now have a great outdoor space at our center to practice QiGong at! Come and check it out.

You can drop in to any of our beginner classes to try one class for no cost. Just make sure that you are on time, as we close our doors and start on time. We are open 30min before every class.

In English: Monday – Friday, 10 – 11 AM
In Spanish: Mon, Wed and Sat, 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Only $35 per month, and you can join as many beginner classes as you want from our 8 weekly classes.

What is QiGong? And why do we practice?

To put it simple; it is a set of easy movements and moving meditations designed to relieve stress and tensions and to bring in more relaxation and energy.

QiGong is a practice developed over thousands of years in China. With the intentions of living a longer, more connected and harmonious life.
The purpose of QiGong is also to cultivate, develop and refine our life force in both quantity and quality!

Qi is our Life Force, the energy that gives us life and vitality.
Gong means to cultivate, develop, or skill.

So with QiGong are enhancing our skill to work with our Life Force.
There are many different styles of QiGong. What most of them have in common are the simple and intentional movements, all inspired by nature.

Here at Pampamisayoc QiGong we focus mainly on Medical and Spiritual QiGong. For Stronger Health and a more Meaningful Life.
