Have you been wanting to learn Spanish but just haven’t gotten around to it, or you’ve been overwhelmed by it, or you just straight up didn’t like the classes you’ve already taken? Well, look no further. CCC Spanish at idiomART is different! We take the class out of the classroom and believe in the three C’s of learning a language: Conversation ~ Culture ~ Context.
CCC Spanish’s teaching method focuses mainly on conversation combined with grammar, cultural activities, field trips, and topics related to day-to-day life. Our teachers are local Cuencanos who have decades of experience and have been fine-tuning this dynamic methodology for years. Class is in a relaxed environment where we invite you to make yourself at home, enjoy a hot drink, and start learning Spanish! Classes will be held either in the garden or on the outdoor patio at idiomART.
We still have some spaces available for our group classes. Class starts on Monday, Nov. 8, so don’t wait too long to sign up.
Schedule is:
– Beginners class: Monday 2 – 3 PM and Wednesday 10 – 11 AM
– Intermediate class: Monday 3 – 4 PM & Wednesday 11 AM – Noon
– Advanced class: Monday 4 – 5 PM & Wednesday 2 – 3 PM
We also have special Wednesday activities that are so much fun!
This month we have:
Salsa dancing – Nov. 10
Cooking class – Nov. 17 (learn how to make the delicious, local comfort food – locro de papas!)
Spanish Conversation group – Nov. 24
These activities are always on Wednesday from 4 – 5 PM. It costs $5 for CCC Spanish students and $10 for the general public. Prior registration is required as there is limited space.
We also have individual and pair classes.
