We are specialized in profiteroles and other goodies made with pate choux, the same dough for cream puffs. There is a delicious variety of pastry cream fillings (vanilla, chocolate, coffee, caramel, coconut…) and toppings as well (candy caramel, salted caramel, chocolate, sugar powder…). You can combine them and be your own pastry chef. Ask also for our special cakes: Mozart, Saint Honoré, and Karpatka, all of them made with pate choux.
