Roasted Salmon, lemon beurre blanc sauce
Tenderloin of Beef (filet mignon) finished with a red wine shallot/mushroom sauce
Herb, Garlic and Rosemary ½ Roasted Chicken with pan gravy
All dinners include:
Joes’ Twice Baked Potato – sour cream, fresh herbs, parmesan and cheddar cheese
Roasted Parmesan Tomato with Grilled Asparagus
For dessert, a very Chocolate Southern Coca Cola Cake with Salted Caramel
