My wife and I have had SaludSa insurance since 2018. During the pandemic everything has seemed to move online and talking to a real person is not only a challenge but next to impossible. My wife is currently needing surgery but we can´t seem to get any information on the process so that we can use the SaludSa insurance.
Information such as – preauthorization process, reimbursement process, etc.
We are reluctant to cancel this insurance which, as you all know, has become very expensive. Any help that can be provided will be much appreciated.
