Twice now, we have had the Cajun Shrimp Boil from Andreas and twice now I swear it is the best we have had anywhere outside of Louisiana. 5-6 Jumbo shrimp boiled with an andouille type sausage, and a mini ear of sweet corn – all boiled together and finished with a wonderful butter and garlic sauce, rosemary and lemon and just the right amount of cayenne to let your mouth know it has had a taste of real Cajun. If you like Cajun (and miss it) give Andreas a call. Can’t recommend this enough.
