Wire dog crates . . . tennis balls — anybody?

It would be a huge favor to our household if you would give or sell a medium-size dog crate. Not an airline crate, but one that looks like this (I’ll try to put a photo below). If the photo doesn’t take, just understand I don’t want plastic anywhere, just plain wire, with one or two doors and a slide-out tray on the bottom. The dimensions should be approx 36 inches x 28 inches x 25 inches (90cm de ancho x 70cm de alto y x 62cm de profundidad). The size approximates what a Labrador retriever might be comfortable in.

I could also be talked into a smaller crate for a second, smaller dog.

And still, always, looking for tennis balls (the pro kind, not the kind sold in pet stores).

This new reform:

Eliminates the Special Tourism Visa for 180 days
Includes a Visa of 180 days for Trade, Sports or Business
It reduces the time a Permanent Resident Visa holder can be out of the Country. After the third year a resident can be out for 3 years it used to be for 5 years
The temporary Visa can now be renewed for as many times as the holder wants, it used to be only once.
The UNASUR Visa was eliminated, affecting mostly Venezuelans citizens.
You can now request a Permanent Visa Residency de Amparo under marriage
The Penalty fee is now less money.

A study says you can get COVID-19 outdoors

With the risk of contracting COVID-19 in well-established indoor places, the little contact allowed with friends can be, for example, to exercise outdoors.

Researchers say contagions can occur outdoors, but the chances are greatly reduced.

One study found that two men in China talking face to face for at least 15 minutes was enough to spread the virus.

If someone is infected, perhaps inadvertently because they have no symptoms, they will release the virus by breathing, especially if they cough.

Some of that will be transported in droplets, most of which will quickly fall to the ground, but could reach your eyes, nose, or mouth if you are six feet away.

So the advice is to avoid being face to face if you are so close.

The infected person will also release smaller particles called aerosols.

Indoors these can accumulate in the air and be a hazard, outdoors they should disperse quickly.

The best way to protect yourself, according to the World Health Organization is to use KN95 masks with a valve, the only ones that truly protect and do not allow any contaminated particles to leak out.

My wife and I didn’t have to do anything but show up. Seeing the hassles she had to put up with, we would have been so exasperated.

I had to return to the hospital a few days after my surgery for what turned into an emergency follow up surgery which Diana walked through the ‘after-the-fact’ approval process. We’re thankful she was able to get it all approved.
