This Thursday is Smoke and Bones TexMex. In addition to my sour cream chicken enchiladas, mole beef enchiladas and big burritos, I will be delivering New Mexico-style pork adobada chili stew with a side of street corn salad and corn tortillas. Order by noon on Wednesday for delivery Thursday between 3 and 6 PM.
