Leonardo is a technical wizard who is so knowledgeable about any Apple/Mac device. I think I would trust most anyone who worked in an Apple Store in New York. He has also been commended for many other areas within our digital world.
I had problems with my MacBook which had been “reset” by another tech without my knowledge. Leonardo managed to Recover everything including the retrieval of my 600+ iTunes list.
