HI, I’m on a fixed income of $1600, I have 2 small dogs and hate to cook. My question to you guys is can I afford living in Cuenca with that money? I will like to have cable and cell phone service among other normal utilities. How much will insurance be? How much in vet and dog food? Is it good to buy a car or just use public transport?
