Active injury rehabilitation and back health – If you are recovering from an injury or have back issues, Sky specializes in active injury rehabilitation and back care.

Sport specific training, get ready for your specific sport/event. Sky has trained amateur and Olympic athletes competing in cycling, Triathlons, track and field events.

Sky has also set up specialized core and joint stability programs for competitive swimmers. She has worked with various football, rugby and soccer teams in Australia, Canada, Hawaii and South America as their injury prevention and rehabilitation specialist.

Pilates “Strong to the Core” classes on Mon/Wed/Fri at 10 AM

This fusion Pilates class utilizes many different techniques and props for a balanced workout. You will improve your overall strength, posture, balance and in particular your core and abdominal strength.

Fitness over 50 Classes/Fit for Life on Mon/Wed/Fri at 11 AM

Fun workouts with lots of variety to challenge your body from every direction. Every class includes balance work, strength training, abdominal work, stretching.

Chiropractor & CranioSacral Therapy available on Mondays/Fridays.

Massage Therapy & Reflexology with Holistic Healer Roosvelt Rojas on Wednesdays

Professional Trainer/Instructor & Trainer of Trainers, owner/operator of “SkyFit” Sky has masters of Kinesiology specializing in sports medicine and exercise physiology & biomechanics. In addition, Sky is certified in every facet of fitness, personal training, functional training, injury prevention and rehabilitation, Pilates, aerobics, step, spinning, 3rd age, pre & post natal, TRX & RIP systems, weight training, stretch therapy, cross fit, etc.

As a trainer of trainers Sky has certified over 300 fitness instructors and personal trainers, over the past 37 years. In addition to writing health and fitness articles, Sky has also written two books: “Safe and Effective Stretching Techniques”, and “Strong to the Core”, and several teaching manuals.

Sky is an international lecturer/presenter/instructor/trainer dedicated to teaching people how to stay “Fit for Life” without getting injured.
