Do you know – codigo dactilar?

I am trying to download a copy of my Covid vaccination registration from the gov’t. They require my “codigo dactilar” on the form, however, I do not know what that is or how to do that. All other blank spaces on the request form are done.

I think codigo dactilar may mean my fingerprint code.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,

If this page doesn't load correctly (which it didn't for me just now), it's the number above your fingerprint on your cedula, as Douglas Willis and Turtle advise. 0 0

Codigo Dactilar IS your thumbprint code and says so on your Cedula. Go have a look, the words are printed right below your thumbprint with the code printed above. You will see that it follows the example greyed out on the form you are trying to fill in. 0 0

Thanks for asking this question. I had no idea there was a thumbprint code or where to find it. I learned something today thanks to you and the responders. By the way, I don't have any fingerprint on my cedula, only the code. 0 0

Código dactilar: On your cédula there is a number printed right above the thumb print. That should be your código dactilar. 0 0

I do not have a thumb print on my cedilla, only a stamped image behind the information. I just noticed it says Visada 2" años. 0 0
